We came in after the boat show, looking for a jet ski. We drove out in my new sentra. Steve got us started, he answered our tire kicker questions and then encouraged me to drive the car. Randy came along for the ride, brave soul that he was. Randy answered all my questions, didn't blow smoke just to get me to buy his car and he was very knowledgeable about this car. We have never purchased from miller before, nor have we ever owned a Nissan; however I would go back to miller again and I'm looking forward to putting many many miles on this beautiful little blue car. The paperwork end of it was a breeze and I drove home in my very first BRAND NEW car! Thank you to the miller crew for making this a great experience! More

Unfortunately the sales manager needs some work on retaining customer loyalty. His demeanor, style of selling and lack of personality made the experience unpleasant and we decided to make our purchase from another local dealer. It's harder to gain new customers than to retain current ones. He had no interest in our past history with Miller, nor was willing to consider it in our buying experience. More

I have worked with a number of dealers over the years, some good, some not so good. Miller is among the best as far as I'm concerned. Working for a company that supplies parts to GM, I have the ability some good, some not so good. Miller is among the best as far as I'm concerned. Working for a company that supplies parts to GM, I have the ability to get their supplier's discount, so I can run the numbers on a vehicle exactly as I want it equipped and bring a code to a dealer to get the discounted pricing. The Sierra I purchased from Miller was actually priced lower, the only dealer I checked for which this is true. I've not been a big fan of "no haggle" dealerships in the past, but when they promised the lowest price out there, they weren't kidding. They also did a fair analysis on my trade and I am confident the price they gave me for it was quite good. They did not push anything on me; they were completely professional throughout. All in all, I'm very pleased with the experience and would recommend Miller to others. Well worth the drive from the Twin Cities. More
