For a variety of reasons my wife and I were in the market for a new car. We did a tremendous amount of research and decided on a 2013 GMC Terrain. Utilizing USAA's car buying service we selected Miller Auto Plaza for their selection of vehicles and by far lowest initial vehicle price quote. Adrian Schoumaker set a few vehicles for us to test drive walking us through the model differences and vehicle features. He is very knowledgeable providing expedient and detailed information about the vehicle and buying process. At no time did we experience the classic car buying push of "what is it going to take to get you to buy a car." Adrian made sure we were comfortable with the vehicle and the terms of the purchase. He also worked with the Used Car Department to give us a fair price for our trade-in vehicle. Based upon previous and post analysis of the purchase price, I am confident that we received the best possible deal for the vehicle that we wanted. Lastly, it is definitely worth noting that the Scott Braaten, the Finance Manager, worked diligently to find us the best possible rate and other options to protect our investment. Overall we had a wonderful car buying experience at Miller Auto Plaza, we would purchase another vehicle with this dealer, and we would refer others in the car market to them. More

My car's lease was getting close to term so I needed to make some decisions on what to do next. Adrian was very helpful with informing myself & my husband with all the options available to me. He gave me alot of good information to go home with to think about & then we scheduled another appt 2 days later. Adrian does a great job. His customer service skills are excellent. Buying a car on the internet is a first for me.Living in Phoenix in the winter and Detroit lakes in the summer is great.Having been looking for a mustang convertable to have in Mn. I found the one I wanted at Miller auto sales.Not wanting to wait till we get back, thinking it would be sold by then,I made a call and Kevin answered,He right away made it clear that they would work with me to get the deal done.I also had a car that I wanted to trade in. Buy a car just by looking at photos is hard but seeing the condition it was in it was hard to pass it up, Kevin assured me it was in great shape and even took some videos of it and sent to me, they were great.My trade in was in winter storage also so all I had were a few pictures of it,so emailed them to them and a couple days later we had a deal done. They are also storing the Mustang in their storage till we get back to Mn. Kevin wanting to get my trade there as soon as possible drove a pickup with a plow on it to where the car was and plowed out the driveway to get the car out of the garage.I could not have asked for any better results than what I received from Kevin and Miller auto, I am looking forward to meeting Kevin and the staff at Miller, May have to shorten our stay here to get back and drive the Mustang, Thanks Great Job Kevin!!! I recently bought a '08 Dodge Avenger (27K Miles) from Miller Auto Plaza. Dan Trudeau was very helpful from the first time I chatted online with him, to meeting him in person and looking at the car. He did a great job confirming the features with me before I made the 1.5 hour drive to come pick it up. Once I got there, he was very patient with me while I did the test drive and poked at all of the gadgets inside. Dan also did a great job keeping me up to date as the finance paperwork was getting put together, and finally, when the paperwork was finished he stayed late (after closing time) and helped transfer my belongings out of my trade-in! Talk about taking the extra mile! Later, when I was convinced the windshield washer pump was not working, Dan was very apologetic and prompt to help. (Turns out it was just frozen fluid in the lines.) I worked with Joe Handeland for financing. He was very friendly. He was able to find me a GREAT rate (under 2%!!!!). He was not pushy when bringing up items like the warranty. In fact, he even waited while I consulted my husband on what to do! Great place overall. The experience went exactly how I hoped! More
