I would recommend this dealership as I have used their services twice now: once for a new vehicle and now for a used vehicle. The sales associates were great, very knowledgable and very willing to help. Kevin Wilson was excellent in knowing the information on the vehicles we were interested in. He did a great job. His higher up... I don't know his name but he was way less willing to work out a deal when we decided on purchasing a vehicle. The vehicle had a little damage and the sales manager was not at all willing to budge on the price in order for us to take the vehicle as is and fix it where we live( an hour away). He had a bad attitude, and wasnt willng to things out. He was Very frustrating and ifit wasn't for Kevin I would have walked out right there. He handled the situation very well and made the sale. When I need another new vehicle I will go back to Miller, and have Kevin help me, however I will definitely stay away from the sales manager. More

I thought that was very nice of him to Totaly put business aside and talk about something entertaining which was very nice loved every minute of it and I think he is the best sales men In the building and they have a lot and knew a lot about cars which is very important because I usually know more then the car guys but not Brandon from mason hope you remember me wish you the best of wishes.!! Adrian had the patience & took the time to make sure that I was going to purchase a car that I was comfortable with. He made me feel relaxed, at ease & fully capable of making up my own mind. When he su that I was going to purchase a car that I was comfortable with. He made me feel relaxed, at ease & fully capable of making up my own mind. When he suggested a Buick Regal, I was somewhat hesitant. To me, it meant my Grandpa's car. He assurred me that it would be the perfect car for me & that it would be what I was looking for & more. To my amazement, he was right! I love it! A luxury, sport vehicle with more bells & whistles than I could have imagined! Adrian discussed with me that there was a great deal going on with the 2012 models. With the price that he gave & all the car had to offer, it was an offer, I was not going to pass up! He lined up the financing & when I came in to sign, it took less than 10 minutes, Adrian had everything lined up. He found the car I wanted in South Dakota & arranged to have it transported to Saint Cloud, cleaned up & ready the next business day. When I went to pick it up, he thoroughly went thru everything from left to right. From how to open the doors (Keyless!), how the phone works, the wipers, the little cubbies, On-Star, how to open the trunk, drop the back seats, you name it, he showed me how it works. After our initial orientation, he told me to write down any questions/concerns & to stop back the next week to review anything I had written down. Before I was ready to drive off in my new ride, he took me over to the Service Department so I would be familiar with that as well. Looking back at how I was treated, there isn't another Dealership I'd ever recommend. From the experience with my Salesman, the Clean up Center,& Service Department it was the best I've had. Oh, I failed to mention that I am a woman. I am glad I wasn't treated like one. My former dealership did that. Miller didn't. Kind of a no brainer on my end, to tell all my friends & family, not only about Miller, but mostly about Adrain. Miller Auto, do not let this one go! More

The insurance company totaled our vehicle after collision with a deer. We traveled some distance to look at an SUV that interested us. In dire need of a new set of wheels and under time constraints to get with a deer. We traveled some distance to look at an SUV that interested us. In dire need of a new set of wheels and under time constraints to get back home...Adrian was mindful of our situation. Even as we became more indecisive after looking at a wider range of vehicles, he stuck with us. Very patient and considerate of my wife who was conflicted about what to buy. We finally decided on a vehicle that was in the lot, but were out of time and needed to get home to meet young kids after school. That's when Adrian stepped up and offered a loaner vehicle so I could execute the transaction and my wife could return home to meet the kids. Working with Adrian and Scott Braaten (Finance Manager), the purchasing transaction was the most painless vehicle buying experience I've ever had. They are prepping the vehicle and will deliver it to my home in a couple days...meanwhile, I have a good loaner vehicle that will get me back and forth to work. I am thrilled with their customer service...This is a world class dealership with good people who put the customer first. More

Miller has done such a fantastic job in terms of service that it is the only dealership that my family purchases from. The service is fantastic as well as the price, I mainly worked with Kelli and she went that it is the only dealership that my family purchases from. Adam Frantesl made our experience purchasing a 2013 Lincoln MKX stress free. He was very knowledgeable not only about that vehicle, but your competitor's vehicles as well. We checked out his knowledge at an unnamed competitor and found what Adam said about their vehicles to be true. We immediately went back to Miller and had Adam order us the vehicle we wanted. Adam kept us updated on a regular basis as to when we could expect delivery on our vehicle. We were also offered a loaner to use while we waited for our MKX to arrive.
