Let me start off by saying that 48 hours prior to picking up my new 2012 Altima, I had absolutely zero thoughts in my mind about buying a new car. None of them however, sent me the e-mail that Miller did. It had the nearly exact car I was looking for with a quoted price that was almost hard to believe. When I called and started talking to Adam, I pretty much knew within a few minutes that I was going to do everything I could to buy a car from these guys. Adam was very upfront about everything, including any possible financing problems I might run into. He walked me through the process without a hitch and within 2 hours, I knew we had a deal. Adam asked if I would be able to come in the next day. I walked into the dealership and was only in the building about 1 1/2 hours before I drove home in the new car. Everything went so smoothly compared to other situations I have had in 3 different states buying new cars. I can't thank Adam and the rest of the staff at Miller enough. I went to Miller to see the Nissan Rogue and met Todd Wyatt. The Nissan showroom is a perfect place to look at cars on a cold MN day. He showed me the vehicle and answered all my questions. Our car dealer experience was wonderful. I felt the sales people worked as a team to see that we had a good experience. I would recommend this dealership above others because I didn't feel it was a competition between sales people as I walked thru the door but it felt like everyone worked as a team to make my experience pleasant.
