We had another great experience@Miller Auto. Dominic was very knowledgeable & accommodating! He did not rush or pressure us to buy! Started our Friday off with full intentions of “looking” at vehicles. Not in any hurry to buy. We were looking for a vehicle in particular and couldn’t find it on the lot, that is when we went in search of at vehicles. Not in any hurry to buy. We were looking for a vehicle in particular and couldn’t find it on the lot, that is when we went in search of a sales rep. But first we had to set off an alarm on an Armada in the show room! We were greeted with Lucy! She told us from the start what her job was and about the company as this was our first time there. She was so sweet and wanted to make sure we were looking at what we had suggested. Her knowledge was superb as well. Remember when I said “look” at the beginning of this, ya well this all ended with many phone calls, credit checks, bank percentages and good ol quarantine times! And finally a message saying the deal was sealed!!! Yah!! We also got some amazing swag to boot.. Thank you so much Miller Auto, Allen and Jake for making our experience with you one to remember. I will never forget the “box area”to write questions and you could find the word HITCH on our paperwork 😉 thanks again from one happy customer!! More

I love that I can go to Miller and get my car serviced by both men and women that are ALL professional, courteous, & reliable! Oil change/Barb Becker I came in for an oil change and felt like the most important customer you had at that moment; Andy looked me in the eye, asked questions, and listened I came in for an oil change and felt like the most important customer you had at that moment; Andy looked me in the eye, asked questions, and listened to what I was saying. The waiting area is clean and pleasant and when my car was complete, Andy came to me to let me know. I was extremely impressed. I also noticed that the employees I had the opportunity to observe seemed to truly like and appreciate each other. The young woman who was the cashier at the Service Dept apparently came back from maternity leave; several co-workers stopped by her desk to welcome her back. This can only lead me to believe that Miller employees are happy, like each other and respect each other; that reflects in their work. I was impressed. More
