When I walked into the dealership today, I wasn’t necessarily sold on getting a new vehicle. I knew what I wanted but didn’t necessarily need something new. But after meeting Jared who greeted me with a big smile (no handshakes due to covid-19) and a great personality I was pretty much sold. We went over finance options (I decided to lease) test drove my vehicle and went over all the options included (I chose the upgraded version). While we waited on paperwork to be done we talked about our town, what brought us here and of course the cornavirus. It’s the small things that bring you back to places. Jared reminded me of a time when people treated each other humanely. He also made sure I understood all the details of the process and throughout went over all the new features on my vehicle and showed me how to set up or turn off what I didn’t think I needed. For a guy that’s only been doing this for a few months he’s doing a great job and has a bright future in sales. I also have to give kudos to Steve for answering all my concerns about leasing a vehicle and put my fears to rest. I hope he hasn’t retired by the time I come back so I can shake his hand. Everyone I met today was very friendly and eager to help. My only wish is that everyone could have this sort of experience when looking to purchase a vehicle. last but not least thank you Adam for getting through the finance part quickly and throughly. I think for most car buyers this is the point where you’re ready to get rolling but you also want to make sure you understand what you’re getting yourself into and we accomplished both! More
