Small Service - Past Warranty First off, we live 60 miles from dealership, so it is always a pain to get there. We had a service light come on and filling the fuel tank was a slow First off, we live 60 miles from dealership, so it is always a pain to get there. We had a service light come on and filling the fuel tank was a slow due to a clogged breathing filter. We knew about this while under warranty but on our end, we failed to get it into the shop until 1K miles past warranty. Still, they worked w/ the Nissan rep and us to get our bill down to 1/8th the original quote. I appreciated their effort on that end to make it happen. Additionally, since we are a ways out of town, my wife is usually responsible for making the service runs as her schedule is more flexible. What I really appreciate from Miller is they always treat her with great respect, and never talk above her or try on push her into a decision or take advantage of her, as she's not very mechanically inclined. Lastly, the day she was there was well below 0 degrees, and she had a bunch of groceries in her loaner car (Costco run...I mean a BUNCH of groceries). The guys pulled the van back in the shop AND loaded her groceries from the loaner car to the van! That's some pretty incredible service. More
