Kasai was informative, personable, and went out of his way giving excellent customer service. I will seek to work with Kasai in a year or so to buy a pickup. Jamie Nelson was great to work with, he was prepared and there were no problems completing the business side of the deal. Adam Maciej finished up our paperwork and was also great to work with. My only complaint was I wanted to see actual process of Simonizing vehicle, but was shown a video. I was skeptical that what I bought was actually what was sold. I planned a local company to provide the service and was aware of his process. I decided instead to go with the convenience of having it done at Miller, and the results were less than I desired. The door sills were still dirty and I desired them to be treated also, part of the process with the local company. Also the local company does extensive prepping, buffing the car before application. It was apparent that wasn't part of the process, just detailing. Local process cost was $1000 and I paid $999 for an inferior service. I dont like being negative here but I spent a lot of money and the Simonizing left me less than fully satisfied. More

Above and Beyond I came to my appointment with much time to spare and lots of work to do on my computer. I was set-up in a nice, quiet, board room by one of the staff in the service center to use as they changed my oil and patched my tire. I was notified when my service was complete, but was told to take my time! I stayed and worked a bit longer before getting my car. I certainly wasn't expecting this added perk, but left feeling like I really had a 5 star+ experience. A staff member even checked on me to see if i wanted a coffee refill - wow!
