TERRIFIC I had been looking for a new suv for weeks. When I got to Miller, Thomas came over and was super helpful. He was able to answer all my questions and w I had been looking for a new suv for weeks. When I got to Miller, Thomas came over and was super helpful. He was able to answer all my questions and went out of his way to get me into my new car. The day I got home my mom called and said her car blew up. I called Thomas, he asked what she was looking for, and price range and compiled a list of vehicles so when we came a couple days later he had a lust of cars for her to check out and she drive her new vehicle home that day. Nice people but the loaner car was old and dirty I have a late model Lincoln that I dropped off for service. I would expect a decent loaner vehicle. Instead, I was given the keys to a 2014 Lincoln MK I have a late model Lincoln that I dropped off for service. I would expect a decent loaner vehicle. Instead, I was given the keys to a 2014 Lincoln MKZ that had stained seats and needed a serious wipe down on all surfaces. It was so bad that I had to ask for a different car. I then got some Mazda that was also dirty but less so than the Lincoln. In my opinion, these guys shouldn't be servicing luxury vehicles if they can't offer a decent loaner car. Put me in a demo car, but you are probably using those for personal use... Some of my issues were not resolved and I will not be going back. More
