They looked up all my information as that is where I bought the car. Ok make appointment. Today 1OCT was my appointment. Get there, it was a dead as a morgue in terms of activity. Anyone could have rolled in and gotten service. Hmm, you wonder. Then I was informed that my warranty expired today 1Oct since I bought the car in October.. Hmmm, you wonder more. They are charging me $400 for the repair. Very friendly service, service with a smile. I did not just get off the boat. Beware of Miller Buick, Beware. More

He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing but more than that wasn’t pushy and really appeared interested in me getting the car I wanted (and not just a sale on his list). He was very welcoming and answered all of the questions i had very honestly. I have to also acknowledge the finance manager Korey who was awesome and also a pleasure to work with. I was a bit skeptical at first (as I am with all finance folks at dealerships), but he quickly convinced me that he was different from others. He too, was knowledgeable and was also focused on my concerns and not just the sale. He worked to get me the best rate possible (which he did and a few extras!). both of these gentleman were professional but above all treated me with great care and not just another sale! I definitely recommend these guys if you’re in the market for a vehicle on their lot. More

First off , I test drove a 2016 GMC Terrain AWD SLE-2. They wouldn't buff out or repair the scratches to the hood on a $17,200 vehicle and wanted to charge me $299 for VIN Etching and they wouldn't accept They wouldn't buff out or repair the scratches to the hood on a $17,200 vehicle and wanted to charge me $299 for VIN Etching and they wouldn't accept my personal check for $9,000period (most dealerships at least where I live in Philly put a 72 hour hold on your check and then you pick up the vehicle). I wound up putting down a $1,000 deposit. I was so mad by the time I got home , I decided to get out of the deal if they didn't remove the scratches from the hood of the car ( it looked like someone tried to scrape the snow off their hood and it damaged the paint -- heavily scratched). I wound up going to another dealer for a similar vehicle and got leather seats and it was certified for only another $900 more. Terrible dealership. Should have put more thought into refurbishing the car. More

I have been coming to dealer for a couple years now to get my car serviced but now I dont think I will anymore.. Never buy anything from this place. They try and charge you $300 for “window etching” which is a complete scam, if you really want it on your vehicle it’s $21 on Amazon. Secondly, they were supposed to detail and clean the car before pick up and it wasn’t even cleaned at all... Plus they had a week to do so before I came and picked it up. They apologized and thought $150 check would make up for it. The salesman told me he would go fill up the tank for me and only put half a tank in. Lastly.. It has been 3 weeks since I pick the vehicle up and they still haven’t contacted my bank about a loan!! I called my bank and they have no idea about the vehicle! It’s been 3 weeks... Don’t go through the hassle I did and just stay away!!! More
