I had not planned on buying the Envista, I just wanted to see the car since seeing it in a new cars article for 2024. Mitch was so nice in answering all of my questions when I stopped in the first time. Because of Mitch's customer service I returned to test drive and bought the car! Customer Service skills are unique to find today and Mitch Zarrow is one of a kind. I have always been a VW person, having owned a 74 beetle and my 1997 Passat that I was driving until I bought the Envista. My intention was to upgrade to an Audi Q3, the Audi dealership was without Customer Service skills, their loss! I visited six dealerships, four failed on customer service, one mediocre and Freehold Buick GMC because of Mitch was OUTSTANDING!

Took my truck in for the usual oil change and tire rotation… While starting the paperwork I talked to Bino my service writer…. Told him I’ve been smelling antifreeze and knew of a possible tsb on the radiator hose…. He said sure we’ll check it out…. 10 minutes later he said yup my guys pressure tested it and there’s a leak… We will replace the hose under warranty…. They replaced the hose… did the oil and filter…. And rotated my tires and I was outa there in less than 2 hours…. The service there has always been exemplary…. I will always continue to trust them with serviicing my truck…. Joanna the service receptionist was fantastic as well…. And my truck… which I took in dirty was washed and looked incredible when they bought it out…. You can ask for better service… I’m very happy with them and the services they provided…. I hope the management sees these reviews so they can pass along a job well done

Service Dept. is a Travesty! Lying thieves! Stay away!!! I bought a used 2022 Terrain from them which seems Ok. I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and wipers. They talked me into a 30K maintenance, which included a wheel alignment. Since my "Check AWD System" light had come on I thought an alignment might be a good idea. In addition, They did a dirty cabin filter replacement, which was NOT included in the 30K listing (additional $140). When I went to check out the alignment was not listed on the bill. When I asked if it was done, I got a blank stare. They never checked the AWD. I feel I was lied to about the service being performed. A blank stare and a $775 bill. All prices were made up on the fly and were negotiable. They tried to charge an extra 3% for using a credit card. My first and last time at that joke of a place. Never again.

From Gabbie who we first dealt with, what a pleasure it was to explain what we wanted and actually get a very fair price on a new 2026 Buick Envista. Then at the showroom, Dave was personable, straight forward and took the time to answer all of our questions. Also, Bruce and Sean made the signing part stress free and super easy. Everyone who we dealt with made us feel like family and had our best interests in mind. We will most definitely be back and have told everyone we know this is the place to go to buy or lease a car. The customer service is outstanding and it’s a family run business so they REALLY do treat you like family. Down to every last detail they ensure you are 105% satisfied with your vehicle before you buy. They are not your typical car salesmen and don’t try and sell you lemons or give you one liners.
