Because of her pleasant phone presence and team oriented attitude we decided to go in for a test drive. John Pistilli, our sales person, was knowledgeable and most of all, patient. Although the first car we came to see wasn’t the one for us, Kurt Steger (General Sales Manager) kindly assured us that they would let us know if they received any new inventory that would fit our needs. Shortly after, John followed up with us about an Enclave that was available. It was a good fit for our budget and gave us the options we needed. Lindsey Mulrain (Finance Manager) was absolutely amazing. The paperwork was very straight forward without any hidden fees which we had experienced at other dealerships. She took the time to explain every detail of what we were signing and never rushed the process. You can tell she really likes helping people and she fights hard for it. Our entire process was so smooth. We gave a reasonable offer and it was accepted quickly without wasting time on either side. Our experience was so pleasant, we referred a family member the following day and Lindsey and John made it happen. If you are tired of pushy care salesmen, hidden fees and lack of transparency, go to this dealership and give them a chance to earn your business. Honest, friendly, professional I had a great experience with the dealership. My wife and I came to the dealership in May to look at a particular Enclave from their inventory and discuss the lease options. We were greeted at the front desk and referred to Laurence Corsey. Laurence was very pleasant, helpful, and professional. We took the car for a test drive, discussed lease options and payment. It came out a bit more than I expected, so we negotiated a little. Laurence was able to meet me in the middle. He introduced us to Sarah McEwen, the Finance manager, who helped us customize some lease options. Sarah was very professional and friendly. Overall, we had a very good impression of the place. None of the people who worked with us was pushy or played any sales tricks.
