"Wouldn't honor previous deal after credit was pulled TWICE"

- reggie11

Had a deal worked up on a Ram 1500 but wasn't able to test drive the truck until the following week. Drove the truck and had a deal in place so I submitted a credit app and then when I verified the deal one last time they said part of the deal was not included anymore (making my last lease payment on my current car). Said that was a one day offer to get me to buy the truck last week (same month though) and they wouldn't honor it. This was done after they pulled my credit so the deal fell through. They also pulled my credit TWICE. I have Tier 1 credit so there was no need to pull my credit twice. So now I have two hard inquires on my report on the same day for a deal that fell through because they wouldn't honor part of the deal from the previous week... Not happy at all

"Not worth the hassle, be ware"

- JustACustomer

This is the type of experience everyone dreads when shopping for a car. Don't trust or believe a thing they say. The dealership is laid out nice, and its easy to find a car you want. Thats about all the good. My sales artist was Craig. My experience ; they offered me a price, didn't honor it, swapped out vehicles that were no where near what they promised, bait and switched with a different model year, when i inquired about why certain options were missing, they aggressively told me " who cares..." , well, i do , the one paying for it. Once all the hurdles are cleared, the car they tried "to get me" since it wasn't there, was not the car i was told it would be, and they have since gone quiet, not answering messages. You may be able to get a good deal on a car here, but i will not be giving them my business on principle. I have had my car serviced here before and had a good experience, this is just pertaining to sales.

"As Bad As It Gets"

- BigDoug

The worst dealer that I have ever encountered in the nation. From the sales person on the floor to the managers calling the shots, everyone is rotten to the core. 1. Games, Tactics, Tricks They use every game, tactic and trick in the book. They will give you one line after another trying to deceive you and intimidate you into a deal that you don't want. It just doesn't stop. Literally every sentence our salesman said was a classic shady sales tactic. 2. High Pressure As soon as you show interest in something, they are like sharks to fresh meat. They will not let you leave the showroom, and pull out all the stops to keep you there. If you do leave, they will call you constantly trying to pressure you into submission. 3. Won't Answer Questions Our salesmen would not lift a finger to answer any of the questions we had. We asked some simple questions about the available tires and other options. He said he will get back to us. But once we left the showroom, they lost all interest in us, and would not answer our questions. Instead they used excuses like their email was not working. 4. Low Ball Trade In We looked our the trade-in Blue Book value of our car, so we knew what it was worth. These guys offered 10% of that value. Need I say more? 5. Sales Manager The sales manager is just as bad as the rest of the crew. We had discussed a tentative price on a car, and were to continue the negotiation the next day. He promised to email some of the financial options. But then the sales manager never called, and would not return our calls. It was the beginning of the month, and for that reason, he did not seem motivated to make a good deal. 6. Bottom Line The bottom line is that you should stay away from this dealer. Run as fast as you can, and don't look back. You couldn't pay me enough to go back there.

"The biggest part about the customer service is that they..."

- Jennifer188

The biggest part about the customer service is that they work with me to get into a reliable car. The quality of work they do is working to make sure you get what you want with out any trouble. They are always friendly and not rushing the process of find the car you look for along with the paperwork that is required. The experience they offer is very good because they work around for what you have in mind for the prefect car. They helped me stay in the price range for car payment you are looking for an idea.

"My experience at Miller Auto couldn't have gone any..."

- mclinn

My experience at Miller Auto couldn't have gone any better. Larry was fantastic to work with throughout the whole process; he was professional and friendly, yet not too pushy. I have left dealerships before if I feel the salesperson is coming on too strong - there's nothing I hate more than being made to feel like I'm being pushed into a sale. Larry made me feel at ease right from the start. He was very knowledgeable, and he had a great sense of humor! I was looking for a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited, and there aren't too many out there yet. I was so impressed by the teamwork of everyone at Miller: John worked with me on negotiating a price that I felt was fair on a vehicle that included that options I wanted, Mark stepped up to help locate the vehicle that fit my needs, while Larry kept me informed via text messages all the while. I know the search was not an easy one, because more than once, Mark thought he found the "one" for me, only to contact the other dealership to find out it was already sold on their end. He finally found my perfect Cherokee down in MA, and I was able to drive it home the very next day. Miller truly stands behind their motto "We Go the Extra Mile". I not only left feeling happy about my new ride; impressed by the teamwork at Miller Jeep, Chrysler & Dodge; knowing at least 4 of the team members' names, who had, in some way, helped me; but also feeling like I had made a friend in Larry. I can not recommend this dealership highly enough. Ask for Larry Holdsworth!
