The worst dealer that I have ever encountered in the nation. From the sales person on the floor to the managers calling the shots, everyone is rotten to the core.
1. Games, Tactics, Tricks
They use every game, tactic and trick in the book. They will give you one line after another trying to deceive you and intimidate you into a deal that you don't want. It just doesn't stop. Literally every sentence our salesman said was a classic shady sales tactic.
2. High Pressure
As soon as you show interest in something, they are like sharks to fresh meat. They will not let you leave the showroom, and pull out all the stops to keep you there. If you do leave, they will call you constantly trying to pressure you into submission.
3. Won't Answer Questions
Our salesmen would not lift a finger to answer any of the questions we had. We asked some simple questions about the available tires and other options. He said he will get back to us. But once we left the showroom, they lost all interest in us, and would not answer our questions. Instead they used excuses like their email was not working.
4. Low Ball Trade In
We looked our the trade-in Blue Book value of our car, so we knew what it was worth. These guys offered 10% of that value. Need I say more?
5. Sales Manager
The sales manager is just as bad as the rest of the crew. We had discussed a tentative price on a car, and were to continue the negotiation the next day. He promised to email some of the financial options. But then the sales manager never called, and would not return our calls. It was the beginning of the month, and for that reason, he did not seem motivated to make a good deal.
6. Bottom Line
The bottom line is that you should stay away from this dealer. Run as fast as you can, and don't look back. You couldn't pay me enough to go back there.
