Frank was incredibly knowledgeable about the Explorer, and went over all the options with no pressure to upgrade our choices. They did not have the vehicle we wanted on the lot, but he spent a lot of time looking for it, but in the end we had to order it. He kept us informed on the delivery status, and when it arrived he went over every system with us to make sure we knew how to properly operate it. No sales pressure, expert advice, and a great staff at Miller guarantees we will be back and will recommend Miller and Frank to anyone who is looking for a great car buying experience. More

Once I came into the dealership I was turned over to Carlos Otero's very capable hands. He spent all the time that I needed while making my decision on which SUV was going to fit all of my needs. We had a good time checking out all of the options in the cars. If you're shopping for a new car with all the bells and whistles and you're feeling intimidated by it all, GO SEE Carlos!
