We did not purchase our 2025 Lincoln Nautilus R3 Hybrid from Miller, our local dealer, as we found the exact vehicle we wanted available much quicker online in Flint Michigan. However, Miller's sales & fin from Miller, our local dealer, as we found the exact vehicle we wanted available much quicker online in Flint Michigan. However, Miller's sales & finance staff were very accomodating and understanding when we informed them of our decision to not purchase from them. Miller refunded our deposit without hesitation. They also tried very hard to match ESP quotes we received online, but could not compete with our final ESP quote online from Granger. We are glad that Miller has such a great reputation, since we plan to use Miller for ALL of our servicing needs for the next 10 years. It was just down to Miller not being able to compete with online sales quotes and availability. We would have preferred to purchase our 2025 Nautilus and ESP from Miller, but the difference was several thousand dollars and several months until delivery. Oh well.
