I have been dealing with Keith Randall for many years. (Prior to Miller Ford Lincoln he was with Dennis Zawalich, Owner of Burlington Lincoln Mercury, which merged with Miller.) This time Keith realized that I had a scheduling conflict, so he and Dennis Zawalich drove to my home and brought my 2011 MKZ back to the dealership. I was able to meet them at the dealership later in the day to complete my transaction and pick up my new 2012 MKZ. Now that's what I call EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!
