I had a great experience buying a used car and trading in my old car. I felt like the trade in price was fair and I was happy with the price of the car that I bought. I had a few concerns with the car that I bought and Bobby Hall took car of them and made me feel very comfortable. Bobby Hall was great and was not pushy like other car salesman. I rated my overall experience a 4 out of 5 because I was disappointed with the amount of time it took to do all of the paperwork. I was there over three hours and I also did not like the time that was wasted on a warranty I told them I didn't want. Overall, it was a great experience and I would buy a car there again and I would use Bobby Hall as my salesman again. More

I went into the dealer after talking with Kelly on internet and phone. She was wonderful - tried so hard to get what I thought I wanted. As my husband said, 11 emails and 3 phone calls later, I had internet and phone. She was wonderful - tried so hard to get what I thought I wanted. After discussing for days with my salesman about a new car, I went in and was advised by my sales person of the deal I was getting (he then went on vacation and was not at the dealership aft new car, I went in and was advised by my sales person of the deal I was getting (he then went on vacation and was not at the dealership after I signed the contract), I signed all the paperwork and then was called back 2 days later to be told that they gave me the wrong deal. I was never previously advised of anything different and told them that I signed an agreement as I understood it and was advised by the salesperson and thought that them making a mistake was not me at fault but their financial person who made the error. (I was advised by my sales person that I would receive a $1,000.00 discount due to military status and buyers incentive) I had to go back to the dealer because they only gave me 1 key for my car not the 2 keys they said I would get. When I got there they told me to see the financial person and I was berated by her and told that I needed to sign a new contract because of HER error. After I left the dealership I felt like all the excitement that I had for my brand new car was demolished by the way they handled the whole situation and they made me feel horrible. I then removed the deposit my husband and I left on the 2nd Ford Focus we were ready to buy only days later. As far as my dealings with the service department, that has always been stellar. I will continue to have my car serviced there, but I will not be purchasing my second Ford Focus from this dealership due to the way that they handled the issue as I mentioned above. I never received a call from my salesman which I thought was unprofessional. More
