Due to this experience, I will not be purchasing another Subaru. I have had all maintenance performed at this dealership and have repeatedly reported serious brake concerns at every service visit. Instead of addressing the issue, I was accused of having aftermarket brakes simply because they appear to be in “excellent condition” after 60,000 miles. The vehicle has never been serviced anywhere else, and the lack of normal wear should raise concerns about a deeper problem — not result in accusations. Once again, my concerns were dismissed rather than properly investigated. This pattern of disregarding documented safety issues is unacceptable. More
Our dealer took care of all of our needs for getting a new car. He took care of my Rent-A-Car. He took it back to where I had gotten it loaned from and the gentleman who went over the car for the technolo new car. He took care of my Rent-A-Car. The team helping us even stayed after hours to get us our vehicle, including the admin folks doing the paperwork. We did not feel like we were at a dealership; rather like we were with friends having a conversation. In today's era when online is the choice of many, we could have easily been pointed in that direction. However the Miller team took a personal approach and made us feel so welcome. We are very grateful and are loving our new Crosstrek. More

This is the second vehicle we've bought from Miller Subaru (after purchasing multiple cars at Miller Ford). We were lucky enough to meet our salesperson Ken Montgomery on our first visit when we were Subaru (after purchasing multiple cars at Miller Ford). We were lucky enough to meet our salesperson Ken Montgomery on our first visit when we were in an emergency situation to purchase a car for our daughter. This second time in, we specifically asked for Ken. His knowledge of the Subarus, his pleasant manner, him listening to what we were looking for, and his ability to match us to a great car was the best. We just had our meeting with Eric Fralin the "tech guru" who led us through a session to answer any questions we had about the operation of any part of our new Legacy. Talk about knowing things! Our plan is to continue to make use of Miller Subaru for any future vehicle purchases, as well as service. If you go in, ask for Ken, tell him Leigh sent you! More

My car bean was a lease, the third one we leased from Miller. My husband was very ill right before the end of the lease and Miller went out of their way to help me purchase my car (very low mileage, the Miller.
