I don't recall the name of the man who appraised my trade-in, but he was very polite and pleasant. Jessica and I did not meet but had some e-mail correspondence prior to me visiting the dealership to trade-in, but he was very polite and pleasant. I was impressed with his expertise and knowledge and I was thrilled to find, thanks to Graham, that there WAS a car in inventory that was exactly what I wanted. I did not consider that car on the dealership website because not all the features were listed in the specs. Throughout the purchase (two days) I was treated as a valued customer, given a very fair deal, offered various options and given ample time to consider them and ask questions. This is what buying a car should be!! My experience with this purchase is probably the best I ever had (any prior purchases coming close were also at this dealership). I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. I will definitely be back there for my next car! More
