I appreciated his patience, giving me ample time to compare different vehicles and test drive them. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I was very pleased with the AAA pricing of the new vehicles, and I was pleased with the trade-in allowance offerred too, which was better than other dealers had quoted me. When we came in to accept delivery of our new Subaru Outback, we were treated very well by Carl and those who handled the financing. Ed was very thorough most of the time. I appreciate him staying late on Monday the 8th so I could test drive the car and giving multiple numbers to reach him at.
