I stopped by to look at the new Camry Hybrid and ended up buying a used Avalon Hybrid. I was driving a 2007 Camry Hybrid with 108,000 miles on it. We took a long test drive and then he handed me off to Bruce Baraniak to look at new Camry Hybrids. I took a long test drive in a Camry Hybrid. No pressure, both salesmen were straight-forward and ansered all my questions, no problems. In the end, I preferred the used Avalon and brought my wife back for a second test drive. Steve Cox was great to work with and we sealed the deal with the trade-in of my Camry Hybrid. The price on the Avalon was very good and I received a fair trade in for my Camry. I worked through all the paperwork with Vartan and then Kriss Williams and was very pleased with the way they walked us through all the bureaucracy associated with purchasing a car. I found all the staff and the atmosphere on the sales floor very positive. Steve Cox did everything to ensure that I had a positiive experience. This is the sixth car that I have purchased from Miller Toyota and this has been the best of six very good experiences. More

I purchased an 07 Suburban from Miller and I was very satisfied with the process. I was from out of town and both Wes and Lee were very accommodating. There was an issue with the vehicle on the test drive Saturday evening which they assured me would be taken care of and they did exactly what they had stated. I picked the vehicle up late Monday and they showed me the bad part that had created the issue. They had offered to bring me the Suburban that week after it was repaired ( which round trip would have been a full day for two guys ) but I chose to wait it out and turn in my rental car that evening which Lee helped me with. I found the truck I was looking for at Miller Toyota. I was in contact with Steve Cox and Vartan Terian for over a week discussing the details of the vehicle and different financing options. I was very thorough and they gave me every detail I requested and provided a pressure free sale. Both were very knowledgeable and patient as I was purchasing the vehicle out of state. This made things more complicated but nothing these guys couldn't handle. I also want to thank them for holding the vehicle after telling them I would buy it and was driving up. Others were wanting to buy this truck but they didn't sell it out from under me. As far as pricing it was very competitive. Their certified vehicle with low miles had a smaller price tag than other trucks I was looking at with more miles and no warranties. On top of that they hooked me up with a military discount on the sale price and on the extended warranty. It is great to see businesses that look after veterans, which is why I will be highly recommending Miller Toyota, Steve and Vartan to all my friends stationed in Virginia/ D.C. area. More
