My Fiance and I went in to purchase a new camry. We ended up buying at a great price but I was a touch put off by the sales associate. He seemed like he was grumpy and unhappy to be there. I asked multiple questions about the dealership he could not answer and the ones he could answer they were not forced but almost as if he didn't like the place he worked. I asked about packages that would help enhance the retail value of the car like paint and scratch protection and he went over them but I was not satisfied enough with his answers to buy them. He could not tell me exactly what they did to ensure the protection or even an exact price. I did deal with a female manager for a few moments and she could answer all my questions and was bubbly. The trade in estimate was fair and we love the car. I would recommend Miller Toyota but I would look for a more pleasant sales associate. More

Avoid. Called about a vehicle recall. First person I got was obviously annoyed that I bothered him, and mocked how old the car was. When I didn't have the VIN handy, I had to call back. Fine. The lady I got the second time initially said they couldn't help VIN, because I didn't have the letter Toyota sent out (I offered her the VIN, and the description from Toyota's web site, but I had to push her to use those instead of the letter). Finally she found the recall (took about 10 minutes), but couldn't tell me whether they had the parts or how long the repair would take. Promised to have someone call me back right away, but so far no call. In contrast, I just called another toyota dealership, and in 3 minutes they had me setup for the recall and were extremely courteous the whole time. ----- Update: I promptly received a message from the manager after posting this review. He offered his apologies, stated he found and painfully listened to the phone call exchange, and would work to address the issues. In stark contrast to the previous two contacts, the manager, ken, was extremely polite. More

My wife and I purchased a used Nissan Altima for our teenage daughter (her 1st car). Sam Smith was the sales employee who helped us and he was a joy to deal with. He helped us stay within our budget and was straightforward in his dealings (i.e. he did not say "let me go talk with my finance manager about this and that"). We are now considering selling/trading my wife's vehicle and purchasing another vehicle from Sam Smith at Miller Toyota. Additionally, Kriss Williams helped us with the finance portion of our purchase. Kriss was very professional and courteous and made sure I understood all options. Kriss beat our bank's loan rate by 3%! Kriss did not "push" the extended warranties on us, but we purchased one due to his thorough explanations, inspite of the fact that we initially did not want to purchase a warranty. Finally, my wife and I really enjoyed working with Miller Toyota. It made purchasing our teen's first car an enjoyable experience. I found the used-vehicle sales manager and sales staff very responsive and friendly. Even the finance manager was forth-coming with information about the used, certified vehicle program. Sam Smith is an excellent Sales Representative to work with. We have bought all of our Toyotas From Miller and Sam is always the one I turn to. He is always there for my wife and I. Bob in Accounting, really took the time necessary to work with us to set up our loan and discuss all the options for service contracts and warranties.
