I purchased my second Prius from Sam Lee and couldn't possibly be happier with the experience. I've been peppering him with questions for months trying to decide on model and features. He's always been quick to respond with information, links, and experiences from other customers. Sam never pressured me and was always very helpful and kind. When I finally decided to order my dream car, I expected to wait several months, since I couldn't find it online in the area. To my surprise, Sam arranged to get another dealer's delivery (at no extra cost), at my desired price the next day!! Sam made sure the car was beautiful and ready when I came in. The paperwork guys were efficient and transferred the plates from my old car. During the minimal wait, Sam went over all the new features very carefully and answered all my questions, no matter how trivial. I've bought several cars in my lifetime, but this was the best experience by far. It was actually fun! The best part is knowing that if I have any questions, Sam will be able to answer them for me. He cares for his customers as people. I know this because I have corresponded with him during the 9 years I owned my last Prius. He was always thoughtful and helpful with the few issues associated with my 2004 Prius. Sam is the best salesman and a real mench. I can't recommend him highly enough. More

Work was scheduled quickly, and performed as described, for a reasonable price. The car had a code, and they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it.
