Because of my experiences with other car dealerships, I drove from Alexandria to Manassas in hopes of a better experience. None of the typical car sales pressure environment, and none of the multiple back-and-forth between the sales person and the sales manager. They went out of their way to find the vehicle that I wanted and brought it to their dealership. They held the car for me while I was out of the country for 2 weeks. They found the best interest rate for my loan. Overall my best new car sales experience. More

Good experience, i will do businness again here, salesman was really friendly and took the time to talk about the vehicles i may like. The only thing i didn't like that much was that i couldn't test drive t was really friendly and took the time to talk about the vehicles i may like. The only thing i didn't like that much was that i couldn't test drive the vehicle with my wife and daugther at the same time because the salesman told me that the dealer has a policy that the salesman has to ride with the client and because it was a pick up truck no everybody will fit. I'm rebuilding an older Toyota Paseo and needed parts and service advice. Mark and Danny Taylor took time out of a very busy day to give me guidance on parts needed to fix a critical engine problem and and service advice. We originally contacted this dealership via the internet requesting a price quote. Mr Alali not only responded expeditiously via the internet he also followed up with a phone call providing the requested i requesting a price quote. We contacted Mr. Alali the next morning and advised us we were our way in to look at a vehicle. Upon arrival at the dealership we were immediately greeted by Mr. Alali. He had the information once again on the vehicles we were interested. Mr. Alali was well versed in all aspects of the entire process, pricing, warranty, and all functions on the vehicle. Mr. Alali made the car purchasing experience probably the best car purchasing experience we have had. Mr. Slayton , financial service also had everything in order prior to us coming into his office to complete the transaction. He also was well versed and was able to explain all details of the additional warranty packages. I would highly recommend this dealership and particular our salesman, Mr. Alali. More

I was frantically trying to find a car for my client this morning, and I called Wes at Miller Toyota to inquire about a slightly used model he had listed. He was GREAT. We put the deal together very quickly, and just a few hours later, the car was in my client's driveway. Wes was honest, professional, friendly, and accomodating. I work with hundreds of new and used car managers across the country, and Wes is one of the best. Miller Toyota will be getting more of our business in the future. Thanks, Wes! More
Mark Taylor and customer service at Miller Toyota are the BEST!. On a trip back from PA late Friday evening our headlight burned out. I called the Toyota dealership in Chantilly where we purchased the ve BEST!. On a trip back from PA late Friday evening our headlight burned out. I called the Toyota dealership in Chantilly where we purchased the vehicle (and had it regularly serviced) Saturday a.m. and they couldn't get us in until that Monday - with an hour and a half wait time!! I understand we are not the only customer this dealership has but this is a driving safety issue and bottom line it's changing a bulb. On a whim, I called Miller Toyota and spoke with Mark, explained the situation, the delay getting into the other dealership, and would it be possible to get the car into Miller Toyota that afternoon? Without hesitation, Mark said to bring the car over and he'd change the bulb himself. True to his word, I took the car in, Mark replaced the bulb and the only cost was that of the bulb itself - and 15 minutes time! Miller Toyota, by that simple extension of great customer service, won a family of Toyota owners for future service calls and they will get our business for future Toyota purchases. Time and time again my research directed me to purchase a Toyota. I needed a commuter car so the Corolla was the logical choice for me. Then I had to decide where to purchase the Corolla. I began with the BJs buyer's program and continued to Edmunds.com to request quotes. Once I had acquired all of my quotes, I decided to check out Miller Toyota as they were the closest dealership to my home. They were not one of the dealerships selected by either BJs or Edmunds, but they were the clear choice from the moment that I made contact. Miller Toyota has a wonderful Internet quote and sales team with Frank Lembo and Jeff Tabb. Jeff was eager to quote any car I requested. Frank was also responsive to my various email questions and made the car purchase easy. Miller Toyota had me covered from A to Z and I spent less than three hours purchasing my new vehicle and that included the test drive and trade-in evaluation. Miller Toyota also offers two years of maintenance free with every vehicle purchase. This was by far the most professional and efficient car buying experience I have ever had.
