I drive an hour down and an hour back. I wait and I am happy. Does it get any better than that anywhere? I started using Miller about 3 years ago when a dealer closer to home sold to a bigger company. My other Toyotas are maintained by an old friend close to home. I purchased a new vehicle from Miller and was pleased with the sale and I am still maintaining this vehicle at Miller. I intend to purchase my next vehicle at Miller and continue servicing this one here. I have referred friends to Miller and they are now using Miller. More

I can't say enough GREAT things about this dealership and my experience with them. The staff is very friendly as well as helpful. You get that "hometown" feeling when you walk through the door which is and my experience with them. The staff is very friendly as well as helpful. I was in the market for a new vehicle and I had a trade in. I went in with a specific need and Connor Hill and the rest of the staff was able to meet that need and exceeded my expectations. They offered me more than any other dealership for my trade in and placed me in the car I wanted for the price I wanted, it was that simple. I honestly never knew buying a car could be that easy. You can tell its not about the sale for them, but about the consumer and what works best for them. I have been in customer service/sales for over 17 years and I expect a high level of service and Toyota delivered. I would recommend this dealership highly as well as Connor Hill. More

I purchased an FJ Cruiser at another dealer and had some trouble getting the phones BT features working. I came by the dealership, because I work nearby and was looking for 6cyl RAV4 to lease. My current lease from Koons was expiring in 10 days and I needed another car. Miller had exactly what I was looking for, including color, so I made an offer. It was a complicated transaction, involving grounding my old car in a different dealership and arranging for Toyota Financial to return my one month overage, but Miller sales staff handled everything very professionally and quickly. I got a car I wanted for a reasonable price with minimal aggravation. My special thanks to Jeannine who facilitated the sales and to Dan for finding extra savings for me. Great job, guys. Thanks! I had a great service experience taking my 2008 RAV4 to Miller Toyota even though I purchased it a Ourisman in Fairfax. I wrote a Yelp review and I got a nice response back from Ken Sheppard. So when I decided on trading in my 2008 for a 2012, naturally Miller was on my list. I went back to Ourisman and then decided to visit Miller Toyota. I spoke to Sam Lee and had some questions about the new features of the 2012 model. I found Sam to be very knowledgable about the RAV4, especially the bluetooth set up, security system and other electronics. Somce it was the middle of Dec 2012, I was very close to making a decision. Sam and I came to an agreement on my trade in value and the price on the 2012 RAV4 and when I learned about the zero percent financing, that moved me to a decision. Over all it was a great expereince with everyone I dealt with. More
I bought my 2013 Highlander in Warrenton and after two attempts the bluetooth was not set up to connect each time I started the car. I had also contacted Manassas about possibly buying the Highlander the attempts the bluetooth was not set up to connect each time I started the car. I had also contacted Manassas about possibly buying the Highlander there so when Sam learned I bought the car in Warrenton he offered service if needed (specifically with the Bluetooth). Since I live in Woodbridge and used Manassas for service with the Highlander I had before this one I had already planned on using Manassas for service again. Sam was very helpful with resetting the Bluetooth for me. No sale for him, the sale was already done and he was still very willing to help. Warrenton contacted me once (two different people) but never followed up or made sure I was taken care of. The night I bought it and went back because it wasn't working, I was rushed through it and it still didn't work after that. I have been happy with the service from Manassas for the last three years and was so impressed with Sam's customer service and willingness to help even though it didn't mean a sale for him that I will likely buy my next Toyota from Manassas. More
