Walking into a car dealer can be very intimidating, but when Amos Crosgrove approached us we felt very comfortable and he made us feel at home. We are in love with our new Sienna and Amos did a great job explaining all the bells and whistles this van has to offer. He completely understood all of the features the vehicle offered and he made us so comfortable. He was able to identify with our family and see what we needed in a van. My kids loved Amos and wanted to offer him donuts, etc and he graciously declined. Although we don't know any other salespeople we would like to only work with Amos in the future. Amos was very accomodating when my kids were hungry and my wife had to take the old van back and go off the lot. Amos had already removed the plates, but he put them back on so she can drive the old van. He cut his finger, but kept taking care of us. He made sure the van was prepped beautifully. We can't say enough. Amos was great. We've only gone to Miller for oil changes on another Toyota that we have, but now Miller is our place to go for new cars as well. Thanks Amos! You rock!
