I emailed Paul Watts back and forth a few times about a car on the lot and wanted to hash out as much of the deal as possible due to my hectic work schedule. The day i was driving up to look at it I blew out a tire and couldn't make it. Paul offered to drive the car down to me because he knew how busy i am. The next day i made it up there and after test driving the car bought it at an even better price then we had agreed upon. The car had a recall and when i called them and told them when i would have time to bring it in they fit me right in. Best experience i have had with a dealership. More

When we contacted the dealership, we were immediately connected with a salesperson who was willing to meet when it was convenient for us. Valerie Lawton spent over 6 hours with us on a Saturday. She could answer every question we had about the features of the vehicle. There were a few accessories that were not on the vehicle. Valerie and her associates were able to order and install them in time for pick up. Valerie gave us a tour of the dealership, so we would know who we would be dealing with for financing and service. Everyone was polite and courteous. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. We met the young men who had detailed the vehicle for pickup. It was obvious that they had been trained in customer service. They were proud of their work and asked us to look it over to see if it was detailed to our satisfaction. We discovered that there was a tiny scratch. They looked to fix it immediately. Unfortunately, it will require a trip to the service department. We were assured that it would be made to look like new. More
