During the time I spent at the dealership, I consistently witnessed camaraderie among the staff, eagerness to help, and warm, sincere welcomes for anyone who walked in the door. I saw employee investment in the dealership overall, but also in providing the highest quality of service to the customers. My sales person was Griffin Neville. Excellent communication, no pressure, no hard sell tactics. He was the epitome of respect, professionalism, & warmth. And he was committed to finding the vehicle I wanted. Took me in for service w/o appt at 4:10 p. m. on a weekday and had me out in under an hour and a half! Amazing!
