If you can’t honor your own quoted price, don’t make promises to customers in the first place. I turned down other offers because I trusted them — that was a mistake. Their communication is inconsistent, their pricing is misleading, and their behavior is unprofessional. Save yourself the time and frustration. Go to a dealership that actually respects its customers and stands behind you if you value your time and money, do not rely on what the dealership and Andrew Centeno tell you unless everything is guaranteed and in writing.
