Needless to say I had very high expectations when I visited MMH's service center. Everyone was courteous and respectful. They got me in and out promptly. They described in laymen's terms the services to be performed and clearly outlined the charges which were my responsibility. Friendly helpful and confident I visited the service department for an oil change and help with identifying a noise I was hearing. They identified the problem and it was going to be around 2 hours before it would be repaired. They offered to shuttle me to the mall while I waited.
