I have been visiting this place for a few years. The last couple of years the quality of service and customer service have declined. My husband had to pick me up and drop me at the dealer ship to get my car. I live 5 mins away. Moreover, I had a coupon, but I at the end the coupon was worth nothing. Don’t scam people with coupons, just be frank and explain the costs well. Last time I was at the service place I tried to get a quote for a service. I waited an hour.
