Auto Butler and Service The Auto Butler people are very thorough and do a fine job on my CR-V. It is a challenge as I live in the woods and must park under pine trees. Sap falls on it in little specks and they get them all off every 6 months. BUT the real star of the day is Matt McKinley. I have dealt with him several times and he is FABULOUS. He is patient, communicates about my car and it's pending service (and Auto Butler) in a way which I can understand and checks on me throughout the day to advise me of the progress (I almost always wait). He is THE BEST !!!!! Give him an extra week off and a raise. HE will keep me coming back to MMH. More

2nd service of a new Honda Pilot I was able to get an appointment very quickly and the severvice was very timly. I also appreciate WIFI which makes the 45 minute wait time go very fa I was able to get an appointment very quickly and the severvice was very timly. Spur of moment request for service Tire pressure warning light came on. Called service center and was told I could bring it on in. Told tech when I arrived that I was on lunch break. Th Tire pressure warning light came on. Called service center and was told I could bring it on in. Told tech when I arrived that I was on lunch break. They found screw in tire, were able to fix it, changed oil and I was out of there in an hour even though they had apptmt a already booked for that time slot. And the washed exterior of car! More
