Sent my son in for a oil change, Sent my son in for a oil change , received a phone call shortly there after it was my son saying that the service writer told him that the oil plug wa Sent my son in for a oil change , received a phone call shortly there after it was my son saying that the service writer told him that the oil plug was to tight and that it could possibly strip out the threads on the oil pan , and if that happened it would cost ME 300 + dollars to repair !!!!! .. I ask to speak with service writer and when on phone i explained to him that the car had always been serviced there ! and if the plug was to tight he would need to find tech that last worked on car , but before i could finish he had pulled up the service records and found the car history and told me now he was pretty sure everything was going to be alright !!! Well i will let you draw your own conclusions on that one !! . I have dealt with Milton martin Honda for a long time and bought several cars there and have never had such a instance . I plan on talking with someone my next visit , unless there is actually someone monitoring these survey,s More

Pulled out the nails, and patched the holes Brought in my 2017 CRV with "Tire Pressures Low" showing on the dashboard. Although I have given the 5 stars, I was surprised that it cost $46.67 to have 2 tires patched. Oh well, everything goes up in price. It's a nice bonus that they washed my car. Everyone in the service center is professional and courteous, and the facilities, at least the areas the customers see, are very clean.. Guess I'm also paying for 5 star service! More

Courteous, professional, fast service Brought my 2016 Honda Accord in for a problem with the battery along with the 2-year service. The battery was replaced and the service completed while I waited. The staff was friendly and polite completing the service in under 2-hours. I was updated on the progress while there and felt like they cared about me as a customer. The waiting area was clean and comfortable including a "quite room" for reading without other distractions, a very nice touch. It was a very positive experience, and I plan to continue to use this dealership for my future dealer service needs. Keep up the good work! More
