I was mad because my tires were wear wearing unevenly, and I was in a Huey. I vented to the service writer and told him that I needs this fixed in less than tw because my tires were wear wearing unevenly, and I was in a Huey. I vented to the service writer and told him that I needs this fixed in less than two hours, which I knew was probably unreasonable at 1:00 on a busy day. He let me fuss, calmly recommended service, and helped me. That would have been good enough, but I really appreciated what the service writer said and how he said it. It was such a small thing, but it gave me confidence that he was looking after me and my tires. After the technician diagnosed the problem, the service writer found me, recommended the service, and said, “Now, I told the recognition that wr only had two hours to get this fixed, and we had already used 30 minutes. He said he could have it done in an hour.” That sounds so simple and like anyone would have done it, but they don’t! Most good dealerships will help you with your car problems, but the simple acknowledgment of my time constraints communicated that he was there to serve my needs, not just fix the car. After buying two new cars and years of service and parts department experiances, I can tell you that Milton Martin Honda is tops in customer experience because of Butch Miller’s Leadership and hands-on management and employee training! Salseman, Gary Smith He was very helpful in selecting the car we were looking for. We felt we got a great deal until we set down and went over what we bought. They tricked us into buying A 5 year warrant service which was thrower into the payments. After getting home and seeing how much the real cost was. They had in contract that we could not cancell.the$4400.00 charge. To me that is not right. After all the excitement you see that you made a mistake and really did't understand the next morning you find the real cost and am locked in, to me that is a rip off. Something should be done to correct that. Other than that it is a great place to buy a car. More
