Best new car sale customer service yet! I recently purchased a new car from this dealership and I have to say that it was the best customer service and sakes process yet. I worked with Gary I recently purchased a new car from this dealership and I have to say that it was the best customer service and sakes process yet. I worked with Gary Smith who was knowledgeable about the car and sales process. he was quick to follow up on any outstanding items or questions. This dealership doesn’t tack on ridiculous dealer fees and stupid car add-one. They were transparent with the cost upfront and nothing changes during the process. It’s rare these days to say you had a great experience buying a new car but I can definitely say that I did. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership for your new Honda car purchase! More

Purchase of a 2016 Odyssey Elite. Service on my 2017 Pilot I appreciated the pricing options that Noel Abrego emailed me ahead of time on the 2018 Odysseys. When I brought my Pilot for Auto Butler and some ser I appreciated the pricing options that Noel Abrego emailed me ahead of time on the 2018 Odysseys. When I brought my Pilot for Auto Butler and some service, I got with Greg Martin (who had sold me my 2017 Pilot Elite) to also consider used Odysseys. He led me to a honey of a 2016 Odyssey Elite for my wife. This car was exceedingly clean and in great shape. Even the engine looked new. Frankly, this car really looked new even though it had more than 18,ooo miles. Greg worked with my wife and me to get us a deal we could accept. He made sure the gas tank was full and took pains to make sure everything was just right. Thanks for all your help Greg! The service of my Pilot was not quite done because the inside vacuuming had not been done but Rashed got right on it and made sure it was completed. He also got installed a part that had to be ordered and it was priced very reasonably. We don't usually purchase used vehicles but this Odyssey experience has changed our opinion of such purchases. We also plan to come back for another new Honda SUV in the near future, since we have been treated so well. I took over the payments for his 2015 Honda CRV that he purchased new from your lot as well. This is the first Honda that I have ever owned. The 2015 CRV was due for an oil change, so I drove it to your dealership for the oil change and to get an idea on the service history on this 2015 CRV. The service has always been done at your dealership. I met Mr. Tot Ingram, the Service Manager and explained to him about buying my son's 2015 Honda CRV. We scheduled the oil change which was done promptly. Mr. Ingram took the time to explain some of the maintenance codes. We looked at the history of the vehicle. My son and I have the same name, but Mr. Ingram was able to isolate the 2015 CRV to my name.
