Friendly staff made visit to service dept enjoyable I will admit, I get a little nervous at the thought of visiting the service department with my son. He has special needs and requires a wheelchair whe I will admit, I get a little nervous at the thought of visiting the service department with my son. He has special needs and requires a wheelchair when we venture out. He can get antsy in the waiting room, and I worry about how others may respond. However, my recent visit to the Milton Martin Honda service department was far from a stressful experience. The employee who worked with us was very polite. He greeted us with a warm smile and even offered to help me remove the wheelchair from the back of my CR-V. He listened carefully as I expressed my concerns about the car's battery, and assured me they would get everything looked at. The wait was comfortable. My son was content as he enjoyed a snack they had available while we waited. The wait time was minimal, and it was a very nice experience. Many thanks to the employee who worked with us.
