Charles was very professional. Service was completed quickly. The only issue was the 3% surcharge for using a credit card. Paying over $70 for an oil change even after using a Service was completed quickly. The only issue was the 3% surcharge for using a credit card. Paying over $70 for an oil change even after using a coupon then being charged an additional 3% is not a good business practice. Ruining a good experience for a little over $2.00! No longer rinsing off the cars after service? More
