Gary Smith Goes Above & Beyond Gary Smith personally went out of his way to make sure my wife was not stranded. Late yesterday (after 5 pm), my wife had carried our grand-daughter t Gary Smith personally went out of his way to make sure my wife was not stranded. Late yesterday (after 5 pm), my wife had carried our grand-daughter to her swimming event at the local YMCA in north Gainesville and for some reason her 2017 CRV would not start. I called Gary who had been our salesmen and he immediately came to help my wife and made sure the car cranked and she was able to get home safely. I consider this type of attention long after the sale as extremely "above and beyond" the norm -- Mr. Smith is to be commended for his concern and compassion for your Honda customers.
