They advertise a “express oil service” but never been able to get out in less than an hour. If you want to make an appointment you have to schedule 2-3 days in advance. Sometimes tough to do when you jus able to get out in less than an hour. If you want to make an appointment you have to schedule 2-3 days in advance. Sometimes tough to do when you just want to pop in and get oil change. Other dealerships have a dedicated service bay just for quick oil changes. More

They were not open to negotiating price at all even in light of some issues. I should not have bought the vehicle. I should have gone somewhere else that would at least entertain discussions with me.
