My 2018 CRV unexpectedly broke down one morning last week! We live about an hour north of the dealership and had to have the car towed to Gainesville. Enzo DiVaio was a very calming voice on the phone when I called him to advise that my car would be arriving there shortly via tow truck. He immediately made an appointment for me so that when the car arrived the techs would be able to check it within a few hours. Enzo was ready and waiting when I arrived and true to his word, my car was quickly diagnosed (needed all 4 blocked injectors replaced). Thankfully Milton Martin Honda had the injectors in stock and my car was repaired so that I was on my way back home later that afternoon! Milton Martin Honda is and has always been my preferred dealership for cars and service. Brandon was super friendly, attentive, and professional. I came in with my mother and best friend and he include dealership for cars and service. Brandon was super friendly, attentive, and professional. I came in with my mother and best friend and he included them in my decision making and made them also feel comfortable. After I left I noticed a few days later what looked like a scratch on my windshield, I hadn’t noticed the day of the sale as the pollen count was at it’s highest but after some rain I realized there was what appeared to be a scratch. I called Brandon, and he asked me to bring the car up. He made it right, thankfully it was just something that needed to be wiped off with a solution there at the dealership but he was willing to have a new windshield ordered to make it right. Can’t say this enough… Brandon was not only a great sales person but a good person! If you’re thinking of getting a new/used car, Brandon is your guy! More
