This was my first service appt for my 2025 CRV Hybrid and all went well. They even did the inspection on my recall. The only issue I had was that they didn't recalibrate my tire pressure after rotating the all went well. They even did the inspection on my recall. Both Jeff Jackson, Service Advisor, and Technician Ethan Bergen patiently spent over 2 hours trying to resolve the problem only to later find out there were car and phone app software problems at Honda's end.
