My experience with Milton Martin was positive. Cant really identify anything I was not pleases with. I enjoyed my time with Alexis as my sales advisor. But I felt as though the finance department was a bit shady. In the beginning, they told me I could take the car home with me before the money from m But I felt as though the finance department was a bit shady. In the beginning, they told me I could take the car home with me before the money from my credit union then changed their minds and said that I couldn’t Take the car home until until the check came to the dealership without even coming to me personally and letting me know. When it was my day to pick up my car, they almost had me sign a second bill of sale and added an extended warranty for a Mazda at a Honda dealership. If I hadn't looked at the paper closely I would have owed more money than what my credit union sent me. I felt as though people were taking advantage of me, I wouldn't recommend a person driving out there after this experience. More
