I arrived a half hour before my appointment but they took me right in. They had to replace the fuel pump on my Ridgeline truck for the recall and they serviced my transmission as well. There was a recall for my 2024 Honda CRV. Amanda, from MMH called me to set up an appointment to get the problem fixed. She was very friendly and accomodating. I brought my car in and was greeted by Josh, in the service department. He explained what was going to be done in a professional and informative way. He led me to the waiting area and told me he would come get me when the service was completed, which might take up to 2 hours. It took less time than that. When he came to get me, he explained exactly what he had done. The whole experience was a very positive one. I am completely satisfied. More
