My service advisor did offer to have their shuttle take me somewhere for lunch, but I decided to continue waiting instead. I didn't realize the repairs would take the afternoon -- I wish I had asked for a repair timeframe. Perhaps a loaner car would have been helpful since I had some errands to run in town. More
