Not very pleased I bought my car used from this dealership and had a great experience. Getting my car serviced here was another one. I have been two times in the last I bought my car used from this dealership and had a great experience. Getting my car serviced here was another one. I have been two times in the last two weeks. At first my experience with Tott was great, although my problem is still a problem. I went back and Graham took care of me, still did not fix my problem and he was rude because they were very busy and you could tell that. I am very upset with the way i was treated on top of having to wait three hours with an infant for an alignment. I had and appointment yet people who got there after me were seen first and some for the same service. I do not recommend and will not be back. More

Great experience. Friendly Staff. Quick Service Took our vehicle in for service. Service advisors and young kids moving the cars were extremely friendly and helpful. 2nd service of a new Honda Pilot I was able to get an appointment very quickly and the severvice was very timly. I also appreciate WIFI which makes the 45 minute wait time go very fa I was able to get an appointment very quickly and the severvice was very timly. I also ask them if they would install a part for a trailor hitch and they were very accomodiating even though I left the part at home.
