recall 2005 Toyota Sienna had 2 recalls that took 3 hours to complete, and the dealer was an hour from home. They gave me an option to go 15 miles and wait, 2005 Toyota Sienna had 2 recalls that took 3 hours to complete, and the dealer was an hour from home. They gave me an option to go 15 miles and wait, so I visited my brother in a nursing home until they were finished, They drove me there in their shuttle, and picked me up. That was a lot better than waiting there for 3 hours. When the recalls were done I drove home and had nothing to pay for their service or shuttle ride. I know this was part of the deal, but I had a lot of people changing the deal to make extra money, and I would never use them again, but this just shows me they are honest. More
