We told him what our situation was, what we were looking for and he came up with a game plan showed us what he thought would work, and it did. We are from Dacula, but will definitely be driving back to Gainesville to Miton Martin Toyota the next time we purchase another vehicle. Well worth the drive! More

Chad will try and sneak in an extended warranty and maintenance contract at a cost (in my case) of $1950.00 without asking. I purchased a 2011 Certified vehicle from this dealership and while I was in maintenance contract at a cost (in my case) of $1950.00 without asking. I purchased a 2011 Certified vehicle from this dealership and while I was in Chad's office he never mentioned the 2 separate but pricey contracts. The maintenance contract cost $750.00 and included 5 oil changes at their dealership and nothing more. (although Chad told me that the contract was good at any Toyota dealership, this was not true) and an extended warranty for $1200.00. As I was about to sign the paperwork I noticed the added charges and had to convince Chad that I was not going to take them. Be careful, watch what you sign! More
