i have been coming to Chrysler for over 12 years now and the on issue I have is with the smell of the cleaning products. I give this dealership and especially our sales man Ray Lockamy a GREAT rating on EVERYTHING because he was the only one to help us in our time of desperate need. We had bought at 2009 Audi A4 with way too Lockamy a GREAT rating on EVERYTHING because he was the only one to help us in our time of desperate need. We had bought at 2009 Audi A4 with way too many miles on it to save money. The dealership we went through pressured us into making us think this was a good decision. After signing the papers, we got home and did research on the vehicle and realized we made a huge mistake. I have been working to try to get us out of that car for weeks and Ray Lockamy was the only one willing to actually help us out. He worked very hard to talk with the finance team to see if he could save us from this huge hole we were in. The previous dealership put about $10,000.00 into the Audi and on top of all that, they sold it to us way overpriced and also didn't give us what our trade-in (2011 Jeep Wrangler 75th edition) was worth. Therefore, we kept getting denied every time we would contact anyone about taking the Audi. Ray Lockamy gave me hope. He realized how badly we were treated by the previous dealership and wanted to try his best to help us. I've never met a salesman that was so personable and that acted like they really cared about their customer. We walked out of there with a 2014 Chrysler 200 and we couldn't be happier. As long as we live in the Augusta area, we will continue our business with Ray Lockamy and the Milton Ruben Dealership. I had lost all hope that we could ever trust a dealership again until we met Ray. We can't wait to be back on our feet financially and it would have taken much longer if I had never met him. More
