New Experience This is my first experience with mini cooper countryman. After eighteen years of BMW (323;X5:X3) experience ,mini will be my retirement fun(!) car for This is my first experience with mini cooper countryman. Dealer review / Todd - salesman Only con : new dealer so only issue was it took a little long to get inspection/paperwork done but I believe that will change in the near future. Otherwise dealership is great five stars and I highly recommend them!! They were super friendly and very easy to work with. Todd specifically was by far the best car salesman I have ever met my entire life. Very genuine and gave zero pressure on the sale only wanted to meet my needs and customer expectations. A little snafu to work thru but great service overall. I brought my 2012 Mini Cooper S in for service at this brand-new dealership. I brought the car in on a Monday and was told it would be ready on Tuesda I brought my 2012 Mini Cooper S in for service at this brand-new dealership. I brought the car in on a Monday and was told it would be ready on Tuesday. That didn't happen. The service manager explained that there had been a problem with the alignment equipment and it took longer to repair than its company representative/repairman stated. Therefore, I was never notified till very late in the day Tuesday that my vehicle would not be ready until Wednesday. Taking into account that this is a brand-new dealership, along with their explanation as stated above, I understand the lack of communication by the service department. I fully intend to have my Mini serviced here again in the future. Sorry I couldn't give them 5 stars this time. Maybe next time. More

Exceeded Expectations We were impressed with the amount of information available on the new mini models available. Our salesman Todd was very knowledgeable. Todd went out of his way to find a mini that matched the colors and features that we were interested in. We also brought our current older mini in to the service department. Mark and the service technicians are simply wonderful. They are willing to take the time to answer any questions and went out of their way to take excellent care of the car. The price of the services completed was competitive with other local garages. If you are looking to purchase a new mini or to have your current mini serviced I suggest you visit Mini of Dutchess.
