I bought a used '07 MINI this past year at this dealership. The sales team was a standard team; knowledgeable, but nothing to outwardly rave about. The real reason for a superior experience with th dealership. The sales team was a standard team; knowledgeable, but nothing to outwardly rave about. The real reason for a superior experience with this dealership is the way I was treated by the service department; especially the Service Manager, Fred Gallo. An issue eventually arose with the Check Engine light and I spoke with the service department. I was eventually put into contact with Fred to possibly resolve, or at least get to the bottom of all my issues. The car had a very particular issue that took a few days to diagnose and correct, to which Fred was calling me on the phone almost daily with progress updates. I have had very bad experiences in the past when dealing with other car dealerships and just the way that Fred treated my like I was the only person with a car issue was refreshing to experience. Fred's honesty and thoroughness when dealing with my car would be my number one reason to do business with Mini of Morristown in the future. More
